Olives, cheese, and spice on pizza dough make a quick and easy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb prepared pizza dough, divided into 4 (4 oz.) balls
  • 2 Tbs pureed roasted garlic
  • 1 cup olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
  • 2 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 2 tsp chopped thyme
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Shape each piece of pizza dough into a 5-6 inch disc. Place onto a well greased baking sheet. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of garlic puree on each, then dot with 1/4 cup of olives. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of asiago cheese and a 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary and thyme, then season with black pepper to taste. Allow to rest in a warm place for 30-60 minutes, then bake in a 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden.
