  • What countries do you ship to?

    We ship our products to most countries worldwide. To see a complete listing, simply place the item or items you want in your shopping cart. Click on "Checkout Now". Look for the line that says "Country", and click inside the box. You will see a complete listing of countries that we ship to.

    Can you give me a shipping estimate?

    We can do better than that! You will see the exact shipping cost before you place your order. Simply place the item or items you want in your shopping cart. Click on "Checkout Now". Fill out all the information so we know where you would like the order shipped. Press "Continue Checkout". You will see your shipping options and the exact cost on the next screen under "Shipping Selection".

    Why is the shipping cost to my country higher than I expected?

    We ususally give you several options on shipping methods. Generlly, faster shipping methods cost more. We have researched the least expensive and most reliable methods of shipping to countries outside the USA. The rates shown are the lowest rates available for the best service.

  • Can I look up information on my past orders?

    That depends. If you set up an account when you placed your order, and you login to that account when you place future orders, you will be able to see all the orders you have placed with Penn Herb Company. However, we offer the option of placing an order without setting up an account. If you did not set up an account when you placed an order, or did not log into your account, that order will not show up in your order history. It is recommended that you set up an account and log in whenever on PennHerb.com so that you will always have a record of your orders.

    Can I track an order if I did not set up an account?

    Yes. You were sent an email with the tracking information in it. If you can't find the email, check your spam folders.

    Why must I enter my credit card number every time I place an order?

    This is for your security. We do not keep a record of your credit card number on our website or in any of our records.

    I lost my password and/or username. Can you send it to me?

    You Username is a locked field and cannot be changed. You can retrieve your Username or password anytime. If you REALLY want to change your Username, you must set up a NEW account.

  • I entered my order, then I tried to checkout and received an error. What is the problem?

    The Penn Herb website uses the latest technology to assure security of your important data. We continually upgrade our software to enforce security. The Checkout page uses HTTPS (Secure) data transfer. Difficulties on the checkout page are usually caused by a customer using an old version of their Internet browser that is not compatible with our latest website security features. We suggest that you upgrade your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.) to the latest version. Please note that the Safari browser is no longer supported by Apple on the PC platform. Safari 5 (the last version available on PC) does not support the latest security features used on PennHerb.com. After upgrading your browser, if you still have problems, please contact Customer Service.

    Why don't you accept Paypal anymore?

    Paypal has changed its policy and now forbids us from selling many items on our website that we have sold for years. Their policy is arbitrary and continually changing, making it difficult if not impossible to adhere to. We would rather continue to offer our complete product line to our customers, therefore we decided to stop accepting Paypal. This will allow our customers to have access to these items that Paypal finds objectionable.
