Fiesta Broccoli Dip
- 1 1/2 cups steamed broccoli
- 1 slice avocado (use more if you have it)
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/3 cup frozen corn, thawed
- Combine the broccoli, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt in a food processor.
- Add some Greek yogurt.
- Pulse in the bell peppers and corn. Serve.
