Top Sirloin Carne Asada Burrito

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp coriander
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch kosher salt, or to taste
- 1 pinch pepper, or to taste
- 2 lbs top sirloin, sliced into strips
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- Additional Ingredients5 flour tortillas
- 10 Tbs guacamole
- 10 Tbs pico de gallo
Directions
- Preheat a large skillet. Add spices, salt, and pepper to sliced beef. Toss to coat.
- Drizzle skillet with olive oil. Add seasoned beef to hot skillet and brown.
- When beef is browned, add onions, green bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until desired tenderness.
- Assemble burrito in tortilla with beef, guacamole, and pico de gallo. Enjoy!
