  • 5 Tbs smoked paprika
  • 4 Tbs kosher salt
  • 4 Tbs garlic powder
  • 2 Tbs black pepper
  • 2 Tbs onion powder
  • 1 Tbs cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbs dried oregano
  • 2 Tbs dried thyme
  • 2 Tbs cumin


  • Mix all the ingredients well and store in an airtight container.
