An easy ham covered in a crispy, sweet glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 spiral sliced ham
  • 1/4 cup brown mustard
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 oz bourbon, in a spray bottle (or water)
  • 2 cups crushed ginger snap cookies

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 250F. Remove ham from packaging and rinse well.
  • Place ham, cut side down, in a roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake ham until the internal temperature is 130F.
  • Remove ham from oven and turn oven temperature to 350F. Apply mustard with a brush liberally all over ham.
  • Press brown sugar into the mustard on the ham.
  • Spritz the ham with bourbon.
  • Press crushed ginger snap cookies into the ham.
  • Bake at 350F uncovered until internal temperature reaches 150F.
