Apple Pie Smoothie
- 1/2 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
- 1 Red Delicious apple, cut into pieces
- 1 Tbs apple sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbs granola
- 1 Tbs unsalted almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2-4 ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.
