Take a bite out of this—juicy steak sandwiches drizzled with garlicky-olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 4 thinly sliced top sirloin steaks
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, plus 2 Tbs
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 rolls French bread, or any other crusty bread

Directions

  • Preheat skillet. Salt and pepper steaks.
  • Drizzle pan with 2 Tbs olive oil. Cook steak over medium heat for 12 minutes on each side.
  • Grate garlic into 1/4 cup olive oil and stir to combine.
  • Serve steak on French rolls topped with tomato, arugula, Gorgonzola, and garlic-olive oil.
