Ingredients

  • 2 cups shelled fresh black-eyed peas and snaps
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Directions

  • Add peas, butter, water, and salt to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3045 minutes until tender.
