Suggested directions:
To make Vanilla extract: Cut six vanilla beans into 1-inch pieces and add to a pint of brandy or other alcohol solution; close cap and allow to sit for at least 6 weeks. HINT: Store vanilla beans in an airtight container instead of in the refrigerator.
