Basic Tahini Recipe: In a saucepan toast 2 cups Sesame seed over medium heat, stirring constantly until golden brown. Remove from heat and allow to cool. In a blender or food processor grind the seeds and slowly add 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil to your preferred consistency. Add salt to taste. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container and keep for at least 2 months.
