Like the leaves and root, Parsley seeds are traditionally used as an herbal diuretic and to support kidney and urinary tract health. In addition, the seeds are known to support a healthy female cycle.
Parsley has been recognized for its therapeutic benefits as far back as ancient Greece. Today, it is included in several European medicinal guides, primarily as an herbal agent for cleansing the urinary system.
