The essential oil of the common Garden Sage is also known as Dalmatian Sage. Its intensely herbal scent has been used to refresh memory and mental function. It blends well with Bergamot, Lemon and Rosemary Oils.

With few exceptions, essential oils must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. See our carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil. Basic Dilution Guidelines: 2-5 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon carrier oil; 6-15 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Vary according to preference & strength of essential oils. AVOID USE IF PREGNANT, EPILEPTIC, OR IF HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.
