Five Finger Grass or Cinquefoil herb is actually just one of the more than 300 species of the Potentilla plants. It is a traditional astringent herb, useful to help firm, tighten, and tone tissues. Cinquefoil can be combined with similar herbs, such as Witch Hazel and White Oak Bark, for external and internal preparations.

Common use:
Herbal astringent; soothes mouth, throat and gums (gargle); supports gastrointestinal health; herbal skin care (blend with Calendula, Chamomile and Chickweed for skin salves and creams).
