Ingredients:

Coriander, Asafoetida.

Suggested directions:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a sauce pan on medium heat. Add 1/4 tsp asafoetida and heat until it begins to crackle, about 1 minute. Add vegetables and saute. Also great as a seasoning for stews, salad dressings, etc.
