AMOUNT PER SERVING (2 CAPSULES): Charcoal 560 mg. OTHER INGREDIENTS: Gelatin (capsule). Gluten Free. No salt, wheat, corn, soy, dairy, or artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.

Binds unwanted materials and gas in the digestive tract.
Suggested directions:
Adults take 2 capsules before or after meals as needed. Do not exceed 6 capsules daily. Take only as directed. Not for ongoing daily use. CAUTION: If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Take at least two hours before or after taking medications or other dietary supplements as activated charcoal can affect their absorption. This product may cause dark stool, which is not harmful.
