Common use:
AROMATHERAPY USES: Soothing, promotes peaceful, positive mood; stress, shock, nervous tension, occasional sleeplessness, grief, emotional upset, panic attacks. Blends well with: Chamomile, Frankincense, Lavender, Sandalwood and citrus oils.
Other Uses:
Acne, blemishes; for all skin types especially dry, sensitive, mature skin; tones skin; personal perfume blend; sensual massage oil.
Suggested directions:
With few exceptions, essential oils must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. See our carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil. Basic Dilution Guidelines: 2-5 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon carrier oil; 6-15 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Vary according to preference & strength of essential oils.
