Ingredients:
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS (in each tablet): Cimicifuga racemosa 6C HPUS (0.8 mg).....Relieves menstrual cramps with aches and pains radiating to the thighs; Colocynthis 6C HPUS (0.8 mg).....Relieves menstrual cramps; Magnesia phosphorica 6C HPUS (0.8 mg)......Relieves menstrual cramps improved by warmth. INACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Croscarmellose sodium, Lactose, Magnesium stearate. The letters HPUS indicate that this ingredient is officially included in the Homeopathic Pharmacopœia of the United States.
Common use:
Temporarily relieves symptoms associated with menstrual cramps such as: discomfort, minor aches and pain.
Suggested directions:
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: At the onset of symptoms, dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue. Wait 15 minutes, then repeat as needed every 15 minutes until symptoms are relieved. Not to exceed 12 doses per day. Children under 12 years of age: Ask a doctor.
WARNINGS: Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or worsen.
If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.
