Common use:
AROMATHERAPY USES: Promotes emotional well-being, uplift mood, promotes relaxation; calms stress, worry, nervous tension, and occasional sleeplessness. <b>Blends well with</b>: Chamomile, Grapefruit, Lemon, Frankincense, citrus and floral oils.
Other Uses:
Blemishes; for all skin types, especially oily, mature skin; personal perfume blend; sensual massage oil; promotes relaxation and restful sleep (bath oil); menstrual cramps; PMS (massage oil).
Suggested directions:
With few exceptions, essential oils must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. See our carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil.
Basic Dilution Guidelines: 2-5 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon carrier oil; 6-15 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Vary according to preference & strength of essential oils. AVOID DURING PREGNANCY.
