Common use:
Joint and muscle discomfort (cream, lotion, bath or massage oil); skin care (oily skin; cellulite). Aromatherapy Uses: Purifying; Mentally Refreshing.
Suggested directions:
With few exceptions, essential oils must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. See our carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil. Basic Dilution Guidelines: 2-5 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon carrier oil; 6-15 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Vary according to preference & strength of essential oils. AVOID USE DURING PREGNANCY. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE IF HAVE KIDNEY DISEASE.
