Suggested directions:
While apricot seeds taste bitter by themselves, they enhance flavor when combined with food. Try them ground up, chopped or whole in your coffee, smoothies, steamed vegetables, fruits, soups, salads, cold cereal or yogurt. Store sealed in a refrigerator or dark cool place. Do not keep in the freezer.
Important Information: While everyone's nutritional needs are different, we do not recommend consuming more than 3 seeds per hour or 10 seed per day unless otherwise instructed.
