The warm, woodsy, pine-like oil distilled from the impressiveevergreen Cedar tree promotes feelings of courage and fearlessness. Blend with Bergamot, Frankincense and Clary Sage to create a stress-less, confidence-boosting scent.
The deep, smoky, slightly balsamic undertones of Atlas Cedarwood also make it an ideal base note for men’s fragrant blends, especially in combination with Vetiver and Patchouli oils.

Common use:
AROMATHERAPY USES: Occasional stress and nervous tension; restful sleep; promotes feelings of confidence and inner strength. Blends well with: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Cypress, Juniper, Patchouli, Rosemary, floral oils.
Other Uses:
Healthy respiratory function (vaporizer, diffuser); insect repellent; dandruff; hair and scalp conditioner; blemished, oily skin; tense muscles, minor joint and back discomfort (massage oil, ointment, bath, compress).
Suggested directions:
With few exceptions, essential oils must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. See our carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil. Basic Dilution Guidelines: 2-5 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon carrier oil; 6-15 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Vary according to preference & strength of essential oils.
