Pour 1 cup boiling water over 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful herb; steep for 5-30 minutes; strain. Drink 1 to 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste. DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED DOSE EXCEPT UNDER THE DIRECTION OF A HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONER.
