Common use:

Traditionally used as a calmative. WARNING: Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Consult a health care professional before use if you are taking any medication or have any medical condition.

Suggested directions:

Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 8 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove. Add sweetener if desired. We recommend 3 cups daily.
