Ingredients:
AMOUNT PER SERVING (1 TABLET): Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa) root and rhizome extract standardized to contain 2.5% triterpene glycosides and acetein at 0.3 - 0.7%…30mg; Chaste Tree berry (Vitex agnus-castus) berry extract standardized to contain 0.5% agnusides and 0.3% casticins…30mg. Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Croscarmelose Sodium (vegetable gum), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.
Common use:
Effectively addresses the most troublesome symptoms of menopause: hot flashes; night sweats; mild depression; sleep disturbances; occasional tension or nervousness; breast tenderness; heavy bleeding; mood swings. Contains no hormones
Suggested directions:
