Ingredients:
Blueberry Leaves, Centaury Herb, Dandelion Root, Yarrow Herb.
Common use:
Helps maintain blood sugar levels already within healthy range.
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1/2 to 1 teaspoonful of herbs. Cover the container and allow to steep 5-30 minutes, depending on strength desired. Strain and add honey to suit taste. Adults, drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
