Rooibos or Red Bush grows in the Cedarburg Mountains of South Africa. After harvesting, it is then sun-dried, giving it the characteristic reddish brown color.

Common use:
Caffeine free tea (Rooibos is tannin-free so it is a delightful alternative for those who experience gastrointestinal discomfort from drinking Black Tea); relieves stress and occasional simple nervous tension; calms irritability.
Other Uses:
Relieves upset stomach, nausea, and occasional heartburn; seasonal sensitivity support.
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste.
