Common use:
Helps ease tension & stress; calms nervous irritability; soothes nervous exhaustion; occasional sleeplessness (gentle alternative to Valerian and Hops); upset stomach; gas; nausea.
Other Uses:
Relaxes muscles; relieves menstrual discomfort; promotes positive mood; calming thyroid support (combined with Bugleweed).
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep approximately 3-5 minutes or to desired preference. Strain; can add honey and/or lemon to taste.
