Molkosan Dressing: Mix Molkosan with the oil of your choice and season to taste. Wonderful on salad or vegetables, this dressing means the benefits of Molkosan instead of the acidity of vinegar.

Molkosan Cheese Dip: Blend your pick of finely cut, fresh garden herbs, Herbamare Seasoning and Molkosan with fresh cottage cheese or quark.

The lactose in Molkosan is present in a natural form which does not cause digestive problems, and most people who are lactose intolerant are able to use it.
