DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement take 1 ounce before bedtime on an empty stomach, at least 3 hours after your last meal or snack. (Food in your stomach will interfere with the absorption of BioSculpt™). It is important that you drink at least 8 glasses of water every day to help cleanse your system of toxins being released and to maximize BioSculpt's™ effectiveness. If your weight loss goal is 30 pounds or more you may double the dosage to 2 ounces.
To maximize this product's effectiveness and promote overall good health, we recommend that you eat sensible and exercise on a regular basis.
MAINTENANCE DOSAGE: Once you have achieved you fat loss goal you may reduce the dosage to 1/2 ounce each night.
Due to the fact that we blend our premium formula with natural, wholesome components, you may notice slight variations in color and/or taste from bottle to bottle.
