East Indian Nutmeg Oil, - 05ml (Myristica fragrans)

Warm, Spicy Stress-Soother

The sweet, spicy, almost musky scent of Nutmeg Oil blends well with Bay Leaf, Clary Sage, and other spice oils. Add the warming oil to a massage lotion or bath to soothe minor muscle aches and pain.

Add essentials oils to Lanolin and Beeswax to make body creams, lip balms, salves, aromatherapy candles, and more! With few exceptions, they must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. Use carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil.
