Common use:
AROMATHERAPY USES: Calming, relaxing; promotes restful sleep; stress, nervousness, irritability, anger; promotes positive mood. Pairs well with Lavender, Jasmine, Tea Tree Oil, citrus and floral oils.
Other Uses:
Minor joint pain, muscle aches, tense muscles (massage oil, ointment, bath); insect bites, dry, itchy skin, sunburn (skin care blend); hair and scalp conditioner.
Suggested directions:
With few exceptions, essential oils must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. See our carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil. Basic Dilution Guidelines: 2-5 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon carrier oil; 6-15 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Vary according to preference & strength of essential oils.
