One of our favorite ways to experience Bergamot’s exhilarating aroma is as a refreshing room spray. In a spritz bottle add one cup of water, 2 tablespoons of vodka, and approximately 10 drops of Bergamot oil. Shake well and spray to brighten your space, as well as to dispel dank odors.

Common use:
AROMATHERAPY USES: Uplifting; Balancing; Cheering; promotes positive mood; supports emotional balance; calms nervous tension. Blends well with: Lavender, Lemon, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Ylang Ylang.
Other Uses:
Antiseptic skin care; use in personal perfumes and deodorant blends; oily skin; oily hair; insect bites; insect repellant.
Suggested directions:
With few exceptions, essential oils must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. See our carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil. Basic Dilution Guidelines: 2-5 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon carrier oil; 6-15 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Vary according to preference & strength of essential oils. DO NOT EXPOSE TREATED SKIN TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
